Cave Dining
Pine Ridge Vineyards offers corporate groups a wide array of unparalleled gourmet culinary experiences and sensory food & wine events in the Napa Valley.
Your evening begins with a reception in our Tasting Room or Terrace with a sunset view of the Stags Leap District Palisades. Commence the evening with passed hors d’oeuvres paired with our award-winning wines. Guests are treated to a tour of the vineyards and cellar, culminating with a food and wine pairing dinner in our estate vineyards.
By request, or when weather does not permit outside dining, we serve dinner in our Cabernet Caves. The wine caves are built 130 feet underground and 300 feet into the hillside. This dramatic subterranean dining room features stunning glass sculptures by artist Dale Chihuly as well as unique glass sconces providing mood lighting. Your guests will enjoy a gourmet meal prepared by our Executive Winery Chef Janet Sheehan. Choose from four dinner menu options, expertly paired with Pine Ridge Vineyards wines.
